Poker Aces refers to two aces being dealt pre-flop. It’s the best possible before theflop hand inTexas Holdem Poker. But regardless a good many competitors end up on the losing end when given this hand.

When you’re dealt a set of Aces, you just don’t drop out before theflop. You’re sitting with the greatest achievable hand at this stage of the round. So how do you wager with Poker Aces ? Do you basically go all-in? I would say no to that.

Keep in mind, you are trying to generate as much profit out of this strong position. You need to maximize the opportunity. Going all-in will simply drive most players into folding and not putting a bet.

If you are in the starting position (1st or second to place a bet), you’ll lay a single wager. Anyone with decent cards will call, hopefully a person may raise. If there has been a raise don’t jump to re-raise or call, wait for a small bit – make them think you’re considering your options and then call.

After the flop your plan will be to get rid of anybody that could be able to get a straight or a flush. So I would begin to raise boldly, if you’re fortunate you’ll fool one player into believing that you’re bluffing.

If you’re in the middle or late seat (near the last to place a bet) you will watch as everyone calls and then raise. Even with you holding a pair of aces, if possible try to abstain from a show-down. Guard your hand by making others to drop out after the flop. If you do not drive out your competition you chance squandering your hand.
