Double-hand Poker is a current game with old ancestry. Based on the old Chinese tile game and the modern American variation of poker, Pai Gow poker joins the far east with the western in an excellent game for early level players.
Pai Gow is a poker game that pits the player versus the casino, not like almost all other poker games that gamblers bet with other players. By competing against the dealer, beginner players do not have to be concerned about other, more advanced gamblers taking their moolla.
One more Pai Gow benefit is the fairly leisurely game pace, newcomers should be able to take their time and plan while not needing to make quick decisions.
It is also easier to gamble on for an extended time with just a tiny bit of cash since, to not win, both of your hands needs to be lower than each of the dealer’s hands.
Pai Gow is played with 53 cards; the normal 52-card basic deck and one joker. The player is assigned seven cards faces showing and the dealer receives seven cards faces hidden.
One 5 card hand and one 2 card hand must be put together from the seven cards, the 5 card hand must be better than the two card hand. To succeed, a player needs both of his hand totals to be better than the dealer’s.
