Double-hand Poker is a current game with old origins. Founded on the ancient Chinese tile game and the modern American adaptation of poker, Pai Gow poker combines the far east with the western in a fantastic game for beginning level gamblers.
Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the player vs. the dealer, not like nearly all other poker games that gamblers play against other gamblers. By betting against the dealer, beginning players don’t have to fret about any other, more skillful people winning their money.
A further Pai Gow advantage is the generally leisurely game pace, beginners should be able to take their time and strategize while not having to make quick choices.
It is also simpler to wager on for a long time with basically a small bit of money since, to not win, both of your hands needs to be lower than both of the houses hands.
Pai Gow is played with 53 cards; the familiar 52-card basic deck and one joker. The player is dealt seven cards faces showing and the casino receives seven cards faces hidden.
A 5 card hand and one 2 card hand have to be made from the seven cards, the 5 card hand has to be better than the 2 card hand. To succeed, a player needs both of his hand values to be larger than the houses.
