Have you viewed the new PokerPro texas hold’em poker tables? The very first time I saw the PokerPro tables was about a couple of weeks ago when I took a brief vacation with my wife to the WinStar Gambling establishment in Oklahoma.
As I waited for my turn to be acknowledged at the live tables, I observed how the other persons around the PokerPro tables interface with each other. It was quite fascinating to say the very least. Because the poker table was computer driven, there had been no poker chips to do any chip tricks, no cards to shuffle and the real live encounter was stale. Maybe I was the only one that recognized this, but I did notice the players in the table had a dull high quality to them. The reason for this might be since there was no human conversation with the dealer, the environment was relatively boring and the gamblers looked bored stiff. It was almost as if I was seeing a live variant of a web based texas hold em poker room instead of being seated with warm blooded humans. It was a little freaky and I continued to have flash backs to an episode of ST:TNG and the holodeck malfunctioned.
Since the waiting time for the reside tables for more than an hour, I made a decision to observe how the game action was and to understanding this new texas holdem poker gaming technology. Right after wagering a couple of hands, I really felt like I was betting at residence. The lack of activity at the table was the primary reason. I prefer to shuffle and stack my chips, and mix my cards around. None of those items are feasible at these computer tables.
Another thing I noticed was how the program dealt the flop, turn and river cards. I played a lot of hands at the PokerPro table and noticed that the bet on was a good deal like a web based texas hold em poker site. That could have been just a coincidence, except I found it to be extremely odd.
Right after wagering a couple of rounds with this "unique holdem poker technology", I made a decision that the PokerPro tables had been not for me. I’m far better off playing texas holdem poker online at home and not travel the distance. If WinStar Gambling establishment had been to get rid of the are living poker tables, I think they would loose a great deal of players.
